When you browse TeamSportswear.com you can select any team jersey and then choose from team layout design options, select your team colors and personalize the jersey with player numbers and names, by jersey size. A visual representation of the team jersey is dynamically generated for you to proof and team quantity discounts are automatically calculated for convenient purchasing.

After you have chosen a team sports uniform style our Online Designer will allow you to design and order conveniently online. A visual representation of the team jersey is dynamically generated for you to proof and team quantity discounts are automatically calculated for convenient purchasing.

[top] How do I enter team jersey sizes, numbers and names?
The first step is to enter player information in the size/quantity form. Enter jersey quantities for each size and then
enter next to it the player numbers and/or names, separated by a comma. Numbers can only be 1 or 2 digits.
Please be careful to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Once your information is entered, click the "Continue
to the Designer" button. Be sure to pick a layout in the designer with names and numbers showing the way you want them.
If you are ordering for a team, the jersey design will be duplicated for each team member except we will separately personalize numbers and/or player names as provided.
You do not need to create a separate jersey design for each player on your team.
Once you continue to the Designer, you can retrieve and edit player info by clicking the "Change Quantities and Sizes" link in the bottom "My Order" panel.
[top] What are my Team Uniform Design Options?
When you enter the Designer you will start with our best-selling general design templates. You can then choose one of these templates,
or select from our sports or mascot design templates as well as design your jersey " From Scratch".
Use Our Best Selling General Sports Design Templates
Click the "General" design template button on the left to open the template chooser window.
Choose from our most popular standard sports templates for your team. These templates are used for custom team numbers and/or names.
From here you can personalize the text and colors. You do not need to create a seperate jersey design for each player on your team.
Use Our Sports Or Mascot Design Templates
To choose from our sports or mascot templates click the appropriate template button on the left.
Choose from our library of professionally created templates, organized by subject category.
From here you can personalize your text and colors.
Upload Your Logo or Graphic
First click the "Design From Scratch" tab if you are not in "From Scratch Mode", and then the "Uploads" tab.
Click the "Upload Image" button and then browse to find the image you would like to upload from your hard drive. Some file
formats may not be able to offer a live preview, however any valid image format is acceptable for upload.
Be aware that images cannot be printed larger than they come to us. It is highly recommended that images have a
resolution of 150dpi and/or be as close to the desired print size as possible. If you wish to remove the
background color or empty white space from your upload click the "Make the background color transparent"
check-box and your image will upload without the background.
[top] How do jersey prices calculate?
Our Team Uniform Designer makes it easy to organize your order. Pricing includes two prints. A one color print on the front and back or a two color print on a single side.
Our calculator will add $3.95 for each additional color or placement.
When you buy 10 or more jerseys your 20% package discount will automatically calculate.
If you buy 24 or more jerseys your 25% package discount will automatically calculate.
[top] How do I add and edit text?
You may click on any piece of text in your design template to change it's value. Click the text once to highlight it, and a text input box
will appear in the left hand panel. Change the value in the box and click the "Apply Changes" button to update the text piece.
You may also delete any piece of text by clicking it and choosing the "Delete Selected" button.
(From Scratch Designs Only)
Click the "Text" tab from the control panel. Click the "Add Text" or "Add More Text" button for eaach line of text you would like to add.
There are several advanced text editing options also available from the edit panel. To view the text editing options, first click the text
piece you wish to modify. When finished, click "Apply Changes" to finish:

In the edit panel, move the slide bar to the left or right to change the size of the text |
| Text Font: |
To change font, simply select a new one from the font dropdown box. |
| Text Color: |
On the bottom of the work area you can select which palette color you would like your text to
use by clicking the circle button next to the color swatch you would like to use.

Choose "Click here for more options" for the following features:

| Rotate Text: |
To rotate your text click the circle arrow button. Rotations are always 90 degree turns. |
| Text Layer: |
To bring your text to the front or push it to the back, click the appropriate "move layer" up/down button. |
| Text Spacing: |
To change text spacing between letters, change the number in the spacing box to the
desired value and then click the "make changes" button at the bottom of the edit panel.

| Text Shape & Arch: |
To change text shape, click on the text shape image to open the shape panel. Select the desired shape
from the shape panel and your text will change to match that text shape. If you would instead like to
change the straight text arch, enter the desired arch radius in inches and then click the "make changes" button.

[top] How do I change the color of text or the design?
On the bottom of the work area you'll find an section labeled "My Color Palette". These are your available design colors.
To change one of your available design colors anywhere it is used in the design, click on the color box of the color
you wish to change to open an "Update Color" panel. Click on the color you wish to change to.
When you select the text in "From Scratch Mode", you can change which of your available
design colors you want to apply to the text by selecting the circle button next to the color box you want.
[top] How do I change the color of my jersey?
On the top of the control panel, click on the "Product Colors" button which will open the product swatch box.
Click on the color option you want and the product color will change.
[top] How do I print on the back of the jersey?
Jerseys can be printed on the front and/or back. Our pricing calculator will add $3.95 each for second colors
or additional placements (i.e. front numbers or player names).
To print on the back of the shirt, click on the "Back" thumbnail on the top of the control panel. This same method is used to change between
all decoration locations on all types of garments.
*Note that you can move between front and back placements of the product to view and edit each design as often as you want.
[top] How do I upload a photo or image?
First click the "Design From Scratch" Tab if you are not in "From Scratch Mode", then click the "Uploads" tab.
"Browse" to find the image you would like to upload from your hard drive and click "Submit". Some file formats may not be able
to offer a live preview, however any valid file format is acceptable for upload.
We recommend TIFF, EPS, PSD, or CDR file formats for best results.
Be aware that images cannot be printed larger than they come to us. It is highly recommended that images have a
resolution of 150dpi and/or be as close to the desired print size as possible. If your image came from the web
then there is a good chance it was saved at 72 dpi (the resolution at which computer monitors display).
Web images will not reproduce well. If your image came from a scanner, see if the scanner can be set to a higher resolution.
Once you reset the resolution, rescan the image and upload it to our site.
If you wish to remove the background color or empty white space from your upload click the "Make the
background color transparent" check-box and your image will upload without the background.
[top] How do I save, view, edit, print, and buy my design?
You can save your design by clicking the "Save Design" button on the top right of the designer. A web link will be generated from which
you can retrieve your design. You can also sign up for a LogoLocker™
account at this time e-mail your design to yourself and your friends. Once logged in, if you enter you email address we will automatically send you your
link to the design along with instructions for retrieval at a later time.
Paste the link into your browser and you can view, edit, print and (re)order your design at any time.
To purchase your design at any time, simply click the red "Add to Cart" button.

Once shirts have been customized they CANNOT be returned or exchanged except for defects in workmanship.

A Note About Tackle Twill Sew On Letters and Sew On Numbers
We provide the classic, high-end decoration choice--sew on numbers
and sew on letters and team names. Sew on numbers and sew on
letters are made of twill, a cotton fabric that is pre-cut into
numbers, letters or designs and then hand or machine sewn onto a
garment. Generally tackle twill sew on letters and sew on numbers
are more expensive than printing and we do require a 6-piece
minimum and 3-weeks delivery.
